Highway Cello. Ebberston Village Hall, 22nd September

Last year, Kenneth Wilson strapped his cello to the back of his bike and cycled from Hadrian’s wall to Rome, stopping off and playing every day at formal concerts, street corners, churches, homes, offices, even balconies. You may have seen his story on BBC Breakfast and on last week’s BBC evening news.

Kenneth has written a book about his experiences and as part of his book launch, is coming to Ebberston Village Hall for an evening of story-telling and musical performance. 22nd Sept, 7.15pm.

Tickets £10 and can be purchased in advance from Judith Winters (01723 859730 – info@ebberston.net). Our pop-up bar (card payments accepted) will also be open alongside a fundraising raffle with all proceeds going to Ebberston Village Hall (Reg’d Charity 523346).
